Plans starting at $18.75 per month with a one time charge of $325.00 for Plumbing inspection and intake consisting of taking photos of all plumbing fixture’s and Water Heater , water filtration units and locations of clean outs. Having this information helps us service your plumbing needs more efficiently and in less time bringing more savings to you.
Underground Sewer Lateral Maintenance Plan
We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
At our company, we offer top-notch sewer lateral cleaning services using the latest equipment. Our priority is to ensure that your sewer lines are free from any roots and debris, and we achieve this by performing a thorough video inspection after the cleaning process. This guarantees that everything has been efficiently removed and flushed down the line, leaving no breaks or clogs behind. Additionally, we provide the installation of a new backwater valve tailored to your specific needs and located in the appropriate area. To maintain the optimal condition of your sewer line, we will revisit every six months to treat it with root-x, a solution that slows down the growth of roots in your pipes. Once a year, we will professionally clean your sewer lateral again, inspecting it for any deterioration or cracks, and updating the video inspection.

Upgrade to our gold pipe plan for enhanced plumbing maintenance and protect your home from leaks and emergencies. When you avail this plan, our team will visit your house for the onboarding process. We will carefully identify all of your plumbing fixtures, as well as your water heater and heating and cooling equipment. This allows us to be fully prepared for any future services you may require, as we will have the necessary inventory stocked on our truck when we come to provide your service. The Gold Pipe Plan

With our gold pipe plan, we offer an enhanced level of customer service. We begin by visiting your home to conduct an onboarding process, which includes a comprehensive inspection of your plumbing system. During this inspection, we capture images of all your plumbing fixtures and the drain piping beneath them, creating a detailed profile. We also make note of all exposed plumbing, locate your emergency shut off valve, and identify the positions of your drain and sewer cleanouts. Additionally, we check for any leaks on valves and drain pipes. As part of our service, we flush your water heater annually. Finally, we provide you with all the documentation in your own client portal, accessible at your convenience.
Option 2 – Platinum Pipe Package
The Platinum Package includes all items listed in both the Bronze and Gold Packages with the addition of sewer machine services and a camera inspection – Limit one per year from a visible clean out outside. Treat sewer line with Root-X – Optional
